Returns & Refunds
Call us within thirty days of delivery with your order number and one line about what is wrong. We will send a label where the fault is ours and tell you where to send it where it is not. The refund goes back the way you paid within a few working days of the parcel reaching us.
What Can Come Back

| Used or worn | No | Try it, but do not use it, is the rule of thumb |
| Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered | Yes, or replaced | Send a photograph and we will not ask for it back |
Your legal rights where something is faulty, not as described or unfit for its purpose are unaffected by any of this.
